Standard items may be returned undamaged within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the item has arrived back to us, your refund will be issued based upon inspection.
If damages should occur while the product was in the process of shipping, please contact us with information and a photo of the damages within 24 hours of receiving the product, and a refund authorization may be awarded to you.
Money will be refunded via the same method used when purchasing the item. When returning, please send the item back in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return postage and shipping charges, unless damages were incurred during shipment. Custom ordered items are nonrefundable.
